What would that do?: What are you trying to treat and what do you expect to get from these maneuvers? Immersing in cold and hot water is not a treatment for any disease.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Hip Bursitis: Hi: there are 2 types of hip bursitis. 1) Trochanteric bursitis on the outer aspect of the hip, 2) Ischial Bursitis on the sitting bone area (buttocks) assoc. with difficulty sitting. Make sure the bursitis is not from arthritis conditions or infection. If simple bursitis, then ice, resting the area, and anti-inflammatory medications will  help. Best wishes.

Can't hurt to try: BandIt MAY help by taking some pressure off the ulnar nerve,and you can wear it as much as you want if it helps.It's not guaranteed to cure though.You're young, and research suggest surgery may be better for younger patients with moderate to severe symptoms if conservative measures like BandIt and avoiding certain positions don't work within 6 months, surgery may be best. You can try heat and ice

morning, i have a hot water bottle burn. i have put it under cold tuning water for 20 minute and aftwards wrapped it up with clingwrap.

what is next as a treatment measure please help?

Burn Care: The first step which you have taken is to run under cool water. Next, you want to remove any rings or tight items from the burn area. After that, apply burn ointment or Neosporin and wrap with an sterile pad then clingwrap. Don't break any blisters that have formed. Lastly take an OTC pain reliever such as acetaminophen. Check on the burn daily and rebandage. See a Dr for spreading redness/pus.

Injury: Muscle tear best heal with surgical repair (if large) or simply by resting the injured area. The tear will heal with a small scar in the muscle, so light range-of-motion activities are good to keep the healing scar in the muscle from adhering to surrounding tissues. After 24 hours, heat seems to provide most benefit, although i allow my patients to use whichever feels best.

Hot: Cold is usually best on an acute injury, within the first 24 hours after injury. Heat may loosen tight muscles.  You may want to see an airrosti provider (if there is no nerve compression or bony injury/fracture). They do deeper myofascial release for chronically injured muscles.

Aquagenic itch: This is a skin disorder in which contact with water makes the skin itch for an hour or so. The cause is unknown but it may be hereditary.  Cool water can release histamine and other substances that cause severe itching. Antihistamines are prescribed for relief. A dermatologist, especially in an academic institution, should have more information about this topic and can advise you best.

Elevation: Elevate your  feet, rest drink lots of  water. That  should  help to reduce  swelling. You should also contact your md if you are  swelling  and  she is  not aware. Sometimes  swelling  can be seen with high blood pressure  during  pregnancy.
