currently ana positive, antiscleroderma-70 antibodies is 3.7, and my alt (sgpt) is 50. diagnosed with lupus years ago (rash only) remission 10yr+?

Unclear question: You could be in a long lasting remission. If you have any symptoms, it would be prudent to consult a rheumatologist.
Avoid sunlight, take vitamin D.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

my 2yr old has a rash around his mouth. red, slightly raised. nothing in mouth. not teething. has had exzema on leg,cream not helping.alt treatment?

Rash: Before treating rash the cause has to be determined. Important that you see your child's General Dentist or Pedodontist (he should have started dental examinations by age 1 to rule out dental-oral causes. Also important that child see Pediatrician to evaluate external causes and to provide alternate treatment for eczema as current treatment ineffective. Referral to a Dermatologist may be in order

Skin rashes: The rash bay be due to the elevated liver enzymes. Your child should definitely be seen by a gastroenterologist or pediatrician.

25 year old male, blood work normal besides, alt at 121, and wbc at 3. body almost feels toxic, better when not eating. red veins on the sides of my rib cage, discoloration almost like bruising around eyes, rash on both feet. liver or blood problem?

: Your labs are fine. re itch it is by trial and error to find what triggers it.  Fabric soap, perfume , foods ? If it persists pl see a dermatologist

Do you drink?: Alt of 52 is slightly elevated. The commonest cause of alt elevation is alcohol. If you drink, stop for three months and re do the test. Please note that all lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and your doctor is in the best position to do that.

Many causes: Obesity, viral infection, and alcohol are the 3 leading causes. There are many others. A complete evaluation would likely reveal the cause but as an isolated blood test, it says little except that there is inflammation in your liver.

That level is just: Barely elevated.  Follow-up in a few months would be fine.  Certainly, no alarm.

Liver is in trouble: The alt enzyme is one of the main liver enzymes used to monitor liver health. A high level  is most likely represents a very stressed liver that may be in trouble. The source of the damage that is occurring in this liver needs to be identified soon so that resolving the problem can be undertaken.
