Kidney stone: Are you nauseated? You sound like you have a kidney stone. Nausea often accompanies. You need a ct of the abdomen and urinalysis.  You should strain your urine and try to catch a stone fragment (the doctor will have a special filter for you)

Mass in Axilla: The Axilla is a complex anatomical structure. Has a pyramidal form, At the apex, jointly pass: Artery, Vein, Lymphatics. and the nerve Brachial Plexus. The lymphatic system collects the drainage from the the entire arm, the side of the chest including the lateral aspect of the BREAST. Important for CA staging.,  Inflammatory response could induce swelling of lymph nodes, tender, pain, then shrink.

can duonase help in treating nasal turbinate hypertrophy and nasal polyps?is duonase similar to nasonex (mometasone)?

Possibly: Duonase is a combo topical antihistamine and nasal steroid, hence "duo." It is certainly helpful for enlarged turbinates due to allergy. Also nasal steroids are used routine for nasal polyps. However, polyps really should be managed under ENT care. They often require oral steroid burst treatment and/or surgical removal. Also consider Singulair (montelukast) and allergy testing.

will nasalcrom (cromolyn) help relieve blocked eustachian tube causeed by allergies?

Not likely : Etd from allergy is more of a congestion problem that will respond to medications  that decongest such as topical nasal decongestants like afrin or neosynephrine; oral decongestants like sudafed; and topical nasal steroids like nasonex, (mometasone) flonase,  veramyst,  omnaris,  qnasl. Zetonna, and others.

currently on 2 x 20mg omeprazole and dymista nasal spray(fluticasone/azelastine) for pnd and lpr. can i take oregano oil and probiotics also?

Mgt: You can take both of these in the usual quantities.Oregano oil is not  a tested medication. 
 I would suggest eating well before bedtime, limiting alcohol/ caffeine and sleeping with an additional pillow. If these measures are not helpful your medications may need an adjusted dose.

It can be used to..: It can be used to prevent calcium oxalate kidney stones.  Since you have already had kidney  stones, i supect that they were trhis type.  It is not used to treat other types of stones as a preventitive. B6 decreases liver production of oxalate and magnesium binds it in the gut to prevent it being resorbed and producing calcium oxalate stones in the kidney! always ask what your medicine is for!

Complicated question: Inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis &amp; Crohn's disease, is a complicated illness linked to many other conditions eg erectile dysfunction. It's unclear if IBD or its treatment/complications causes ED. ED is a rare side effect of omeprazole (http://www.drugs.com/sfx/omeprazole-side-effects.html) but I couldn't find any link w/Lialda http://www.drugs.com/sfx/lialda-side-effects.html
