pulsebpm is 100 plus past 8hours plus low left  abdomen & chest pain dont feel anxious but tried xanax (alprazolam) didnt reduce pulsebpm. not sure what's issue is?

This is a: physiological response to something else that is wrong. Xanax (alprazolam) will not affect this if it is physiological rather than   psychological. If the "vital signs" continue to be abnormal and your symptoms are persistent you should see a health care provider for an evaluation and treatment as soon as possible.

Discuss w/ Dr: Especially w/ those serious side effects, you must call the Dr and report the problem and have alt Rx plan. Don't do it w/out guidance! Do take action now. And always discuss new medications and changes for pros, cons, alternatives, etc. Consider CBT therapy as addition to reduce need for drugs thru learning skills.

Aspirin not a: Problem but likely not a help either.  Cognitive  behavioral therapy would be very beneficial.

No: You should go back to the.Emergency room asap. I don't know the dosethat you are withdrawing from. However, withdrawal can eventually cause the equivalent of alcohol dts. That means that it is possible to have a seizure or develop delirium with psychosis that can be life-threatening. Please do not drive yourself to the emergency room. If no one can take you call an ambulance. You need to slow the withdrawal down by tapering extremely slowly.

Don't push it though, particularly if you are starting.
