Its : Its always worth visiting an ent.  It could be just allergies...But it could be other things like a prolapsed blood vessel.

Let me explain: Start exercising when feeling comfortable with exercise, then excel as long as have no discomfort.

Gymnastic: yes. It can. Repeated injuries to the growth plates make gymnists at risk of stunting their growth, especially if all the injuries occur before growth plates close

Legg Calve Perthes: This question is best answered by the child's orthopedic specialist, however, it depends on the age of the child and severity of disease.  Generally, limited running and jumping is recommended in order to help the femoral head stay as round as possible.  If this is not done, the treatment progress to more limiting things like PT, crutches, casts, or even surgery.

Lordosis: High level gymnastics can sometimes lead to stress fractures in the lumbar spine called spondylolysis.  This can cause increased lordosis.  This can be diagnosised with diagnostic tests such as x-rays, mdi, CT scan.

Yes: It is common for active adolescents to have a pretty impressive appetite. As long as you are not gaining weight because of this, and otherwise feel well, i would not be too concerned about it. It is important, however, to still make good food choices (i.e. Choosing a serving of fruit over a bag of cheetos).

Could be muscle knot: From strenuous exercise. Apply ice packs first  2 days thereafter warm packs . Take Motrin for pain if no allergies . Go see your dr if it worsens or gets bigger.

No: Riding a horse or doing gymnastics should not cause the vaginal muscles to weaken.
