Allergic reaction: An allergic reaction responds typically to anti histamine treatment, but a longer duration of the medication is indicated based on your description. Distribution: Hives usually occur all over the body. Bedbug bites are usually limited to the legs and abdomen. Hives will respond to an antihistamine while bedbug bites wont.

Multiple things: Go back for follow up and let your doctor take a look as this may be allergic dermatitis, candida dermatitis or a host of other problems that only follow up can uncover.  If necessary your doctor will refer you for a second opinion.

Hyperkeratosis: Hard to tell without seeing this, but this may be follicular hyperkeratosis a condition where the hair follicles and pores get clogged with thick sloughing keratin.  Please see a dermatologist to confirm, but you can start off by trying to moisturize the affected skin daily after showering with a gentle lotion like Cetaphil or aquaphor. This could also be eczema and may require some mild steroid.

Groin rash: It could be related to a fungal infection from sweating, has nothing to do with allergies, you should have someone look at it to treat it properly.
