NO!!!: Food allergies cause life threatening reactions.  These reactions can only be effectively treated with Epinephrine (adrenaline).  Antihistamines can treat skin symptoms, but if breathing difficulty or low blood pressure happen (which is impossible to predict), they will not help.  Anyone with a food allergy should always have Epinephrine available.

Antihistamines: The best over the counter medications for allergies are antihistamines.  These come in both sedating and non-sedating forms.  I recommend claritin, (loratadine) allegra, and zyrtec (or their generic versions) most often.  Some "folk remedies" might be very helpful, but their doses are often quite variable and they might not offer consistent relief.

Sharp left rib pain : Sharp pain under the rib can be the kidney, maybe a kidney stone. It can be form the ribss.  There is no way you can be sure unless you are seen in person. Please see a doctor right away, I am not sure if you need an emergency room visit

Not related: The ears and sinuses are not directly connected and from your description, I cannot tell if the problem is from a bacterial infection or something else.  It is best for you to get these checked out by your doctor. Once the diagnosis has been made, then you can decide on what kind of Rx may be best for you

No shots for kiwi: An oral reaction to kiwi can be related to a ragweed pollen allergy. Controlling that allergy will ameliorate your symptoms to kiwi. If you get a systemic reaction to kiwi, you need to avoid it all together. It may be related to a latex allergy too. So shots will only help you with the first case, by controlling your ragweed allergy.
