Chapped lip?: Allergy to lip balm is very uncommon but if it does cause problem, it will likely present with itchy, peeling, swollen , or chapped lips starting 24-72 hours after application from contact allergy which is different from the allergic reaction causing nasal and eye symptoms.

Varies: Depending upon the type of allergic reaction resolution time may vary. For example, a food allergy reaction would resolve relatively quickly. However, an allergic contact dermatitis reaction may take days to weeks to resolve.

Possibly: Lip swelling, or edema, can be from allergic contact hypersensitivity reactions. This could be from food, makeup, or other materials that touch the lip. Also, there can be other forms of allergic hypersensitivity that are more systemic, causing body itching, possibly rash, and swelling of the lips. An non-allergic reaction called angioedema can also cause lip edema, and could be life threatening.

Face numb: How long have you had this. Pressure from sleeping position can do this. 
Is it one sided or two? 
You need to map out the areas of numbness to help the doctor make a diagnosis and treatment. 
Does it only involve the lip area? That would be the second division of the trigeminal nerve (fifth cranial nerve)
Use a picture of a face to map the area on numbness to show to your doctor.

i suddenly felt some dryness and little bumps on my lips. its now some kind of allergy on my lips. ate mango from peel; used a newish lip balm. what?

Contact allergy: This may well be from an allergic reaction to the mango but the new lip balm may also be a cause.  If you have had problem with poison oak/poison ivy in the past, you are more likely to get a delayed allergic reaction (24-72 hrs after exposure) to mango.  Obviously the best treatment is avoidance.

i had a fever last night, i got medicine from a local doc which caused severe allergy on my lips and top of my dick.plz help me to get rid of this.thnx?

Allergic reaction: You didn't say what the medication was, but you should stop it immediately and make an appointment to see your doctor.  In the mean time, you could take some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) if the allergic reaction is some type of rash and swelling.  If you are having any difficulty breathing, you should call 911.

More info.: Large dose of steroid can cause acne.  However the rash may also be just a part of the swollen lips and eyes process which returns when the level of steroid starts to fall off.  I presume that you are on Benadryl (diphenhydramine).
