White bumps: It is unclear from your description whether these are not normal skin appendages.  You can try warm compresses for 10 minutes at a time.  Otherwise best seen in person.

Unclear: In the absence of any mention of itching, I doubt your problem is an allergic one. If you are taking doxycycline for rosacea, this may be from an ocular form of rosacea for which a topical anti-inflammatory ointment may help. Talk to your derm or eye doctor about this.

Contact allergy: A 3-day lapse in onset is compatible with an allergic contact skin reaction.  However one cannot rule out entirely an irritant reaction from repetitive exposure to a mild irritant in the eye concealer.  Try OTC hydrocortisone cream for a few days and see if this helps.

Cause:allergies : Cures:you symptoms points to allergies thus  you need to see your primarymd to evaluate if you do have allergies and or irritants; what you are allergic to for avoidance, preventive measures, treatment and if you need further work up or a referral to an allergist.

A few possibilities: This could be due to allergies, dry eyes, or eye infections.  The treatments are very different. For allergies, zaditor (ketotifen) is a good otc eye medicine.  For dry eyes, lubricating tears are necessary.  For infection, usually of the eyelids, start with eyelid warm compress and diluted baby shampoo scrubs.  You should have a baseline exam with your eye doctor.

: It is difficult to say what it is without seeing it. A bump like that could have many potential causes, including being from the pillow if you slept on it. If it becomes painful, red, itchy or it doesn’t go away in a couple of days, then have your doctor take a look at it. If your vision becomes blurry, see a doctor ASAP! Good luck!

Any : Any time there is an injury or problem with the eye, the best course of action is to call the child's doctor.  As a general rule, we are very careful with eyes.  Without examining him, it is difficult to tell whether the cause is allergy, infection (viral or bacterial) or injury.  Since they all require different treatments, the safest thing to do is call his doctor.  Good luck!

Inflammation: This sounds like an inflamed nasolacrimal duct opening.  If it is not itching or hurting, you may just give it a few days.  In the meanwhile, try warm compresses with the eyes shut for 15 minutes daily to see if this helps.  If the crusts fail to resolve in a few days or become dark yellowish or greenish, it is time to consult your doctor.
