: Any fruits that have seeds. Apples, oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, cantaloupes and any other fruits or vegetables. See an allergist for testing.

Enlarged bumps : Very often the bumps or blisters you may be seeing are just enlarges taste buds known as circumvallate papillae . These are the largest papillae on the tongue and at times can become enlarged. Having a dentist evaluate anything that you feel has changed or has recently appeared is always recommended.

You need to consult an allergist to first find out if you are indeed allergic before you can deal with your "allergies" effectively.  In the meanwhile, ask questions in restaurants and read labels.

Till then do not eat these fruits.

Itchy throat, hoarse: Yes, you should be careful and get this checked out. Hoarseness can mean your vocal cords are swelling. This is a very dangerous symptom of a systemic allergy, because if they swell too much, they can close off your airway. You need to be tested for watermelon allergy. If it's positive you'll need to avoid watermelon and carry epipen (epinephrine).

Watermelon is rich in vitamin c , vitamin a , vitamin b6, b1, potassium and magnesium .Watermelon has no uric acid . As such it should be useful natural remedy for  uric acid to some extent.

Pre- diabetes: I am never sure what prediabetes is. Please have your doctor explain that term in detail. That said, enjoy your watermelon.
