Hives come about because of stimulation of sweating induced by a rise in body temperature, usually from exercise or emotional stress, and occasionally with sour or peppery foods or alcohol. Cholinergic hives: This is known as cholinergic urticaria when the small itchy hives appear during the cooling period after a rise in body core temperature. Antihistamines such as zyrtec (cetirizine) can usually prevent this from happening. This condition is not dangerous and often goes away after a few years.

Cholinergic urticari: Sounds like a condition known as choline rigid urticaria when the body temperature rises, usually due to exercise, flushing, hives and itch can occur. Simple therapy is to use something like a non-sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine and possibly adding an h2 blocker like ranitidine.

Maybe : It may be due to a local allergic reaction to something touching the skin (what we call a contact dermatitis), such as elastic material in the waistband of underwear or bra. More likely it’s a heat rash. Try avoiding tight clothing, drying skinfolds with a hair drier on cool setting after showering. If the rash is located  in skin folds or under breasts, it may be due to a skin yeast infection.

Try a topical anti-itch cream and consider adding a non-sedating antihistamine once or twice per day until rash is gone. Keep area clean and no scrubbing.

No: most probably this is a type of physical urticaria, called cholinergic urticaria, try to avoid heat as much as you can, OTC antihistamines like cetirizine or loratadine would help for now, take them regulary though, read the labels carefully, but you need to see a dermatologist or an allergist/immunologist, if you have access to one,for evaluation.
