MRSA: Unless you actually saw the spider bite you this is most likely to be an MRSA boil. If the organism is sensitive, Clindamycin is an excellent choice of treatment. If you are getting better continue this for 10 to 14 days. If it recurs you may need to attempt to change nasal carriage and skin colonization. Good luck and get better.

Allergies: I am unaware of any cross sensitivity with those allergies and any antihypertensive medications that are commonly used. Medications like ARB's such as avapro are well tolerated. ACE inhibitors like lisinopril can cause a dry cough. Amlodipine(norvasc) can cause swelling of ankles. Cardura, hytrin, minipress are well tolerated unless they lower the blood pressure too much. Low dose diuretic added.

Sulfa: Sulfa allergy is usually secondary to antibiotics such as bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim). You did not describe your type of allergy but if assuming it is to an oral antibiotic, you should be ok with the body wash.
