Hard to tell!: Without seeing the rash it is difficult to make a diagnosis. Herpes zoster (shingles) is often associated with this type of rash with pain. You may see your doctor to confirm.

Hives: Sounds like classic hives. Would recommend a topical anti-itch and taking an otc non-sedating antihistamine (zyrtec) twice daily.

Hives: You are on the right track. It could be from a variety of causes. It could be spider, insect related. Other possibilities include allergic reaction, contact dermatitis, food reaction, and drug or medication reaction. Some people get urticaria of uncertain cause(idiopathic). A lot depends on exactly what the rash looks like, so best option is to see your doctor or a dermatologist.

Damage + infection: The venom from the bite will cause cells within the tissue to rupture and die within the area of the bite. This will cause the body’s defensive mechanism to turn on, and cause inflammation and pain at the sight. The other cause could be infection. Use polymem pink dressing with k-tape. With polymem no need to wash wound - very good for inflammatory wound. K-tape you can get from sports authority.

i got a spider bite on my leg about 4 days ago, its a little bigger then quarter size but looks to be getting better. about 2 inches down 4 red lumps appear a inch apart from each other. all hot to touch and pain full. is this just a reaction?

: It could be multiple bites either at the same time or different , also it could be different spiders. Spider bites will take a week to heal and a month to disappear. As you do not have systemic symptoms , spider does appear to be deadly, a bright spot.

Not spider: Spider bite is rare, maybe never where you live. It is immediately painful. Unless you saw and felt the attack, then took the spider for expert identification, assume it is something else. Brown recluse is not normally found in WA.
