PSA surveillance. : After treatment for prostate cancer, your psa is followed. It can be confusing since researchers use different definitions of cure, but essentially no rise in psa after treatment for 5-10 years is often considered "cure". Late recurrences can happen, so surveillance can continue beyond this time. But the good news is the further out you are without recurrence, the less of a threat the cancer is.

The hot flashes you are feeling are similar to what women experience in menopause. Although there is no specific treatment, they should improve with time. I don't believe the melatonin is contributing and you should be able to continue.

It Depends: The rate and extent of healing depend on the amount of radiation received, the time since radiation, the size of the wound, other medical problems a person may have and other factors.  Generally, i would expect that a bladder biopsy after prostate cancer radiation would heal in a a week or two, but there is a small possibility of getting a long-lasting wound.
