Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Possibly: If not feeling normal by this time, should get checked by doctor. They will most likely just observe you.

Pinched nerve: Not a pinched nerve. The sensation of heat flowing through the left side of the body is not typical of a pinched nerve in the neck and certainly not a pinched nerve in the back. I would go see your medical doctor for an examination and further testing to determine the cause of the left sided flushing episodes.

Treat the cause: Here is a partial list of disorders which can cause formication:  pesticide exposure, mercury poisoning, diabetic neuropathy, skin cancer, syphilis, Lyme disease, herpes zoster, and also alcohol withdrawal.  A good workup by a neurologist may help identify the cause.

i was kicked in the side of my left knee, but i feel tingling and the feeling that my leg and foot go to sleep. also when i put ice pack on it (not directly on skin) it feels like a stinging sensation. could this be a bad tear in my meniscus?

: When ice is first applied a “stinging” sensation not unusual. After 2minutes sensation should subside. And if placing over a superficial nerve.

Some ideas: Get MRI of neck, make certain not a spinal cord issue.  Maybe an EMG study, to evaluate potential of a mono neuritis multiplex.  But if your symptoms are transient associated with headaches, could be classical migraine.  Discuss further with your neurologist.
