No for Listerine: The alcohol content of Listerine is insufficient for "sanitizing" sufficiently to clean surfaces and thus is not an ideal cleaning agent.  Alcohol content 70% or higher is typically needed to kill on contact with surfaces.  Listerine is useful only as an oral rinse since it was designed to be used in the mouth, and in this location does have antiseptic purposes which are temporary at best.
