Abstain completely!: You may have some anatomical abnormality if the pain is immediate. Go see a good ENT and may need an MRI of head a neck area. Good luck!

im 30. no alcohol.pain in middle right side of abdomen, tucked under rib cage. when i bend into that side it feels like rib pokes tender area. cause?

Get checked out: Right side of your abdomen under rib cage is where your liver and gall bladder live. A good doc can examine your liver to see if it's tender.  A blood test can reveal irritation to the liver cells or gall bladder.
If organs are ok, Structurally, there can be dysfunction of the tissue/nerve/bone system in that area--an osteopath or PT or good yoga session might help.

Here are some...: At this time, please do not use any topical agent but gentle cleansing and drying without any soap. Clinically, you may apply anti-fungal with steroid like hydrocortisone of 0.5-1 % cream 1-2 times daily and see. If not getting better as usually expected, seek re-evaluation in 2-3 days as long as being bearable and having no systemic symptoms like fever and general exhaustion. Best to health....

See your doctor: Your symptoms may be signs of something significantly wrong.  One cannot tell without a complete history, physical and possible lab/imaging tests.  Follow with your doctor as soon as you can.  Things that can cause pains in chest and ribcage when drinking can include heartburn, pancreatitis, gall bladder problems, liver disease, heart disease, and much more.

Probably not: If the aneurysm has been completely coiled and obliterated, the symptoms your are experiencing are more likely to be from the alcohol itself rather than the aneurysm. If it does not improve, if it worsens, if there are neurologic symptoms, you should seek medical attention.

having celiac plexus ablation w/ alcohol abd pain. i also have pots syndrome. drink fluids & high salt. could celiac plexus ablation worsen pots?

Good question: Great question.  Honestly...I am not sure.  The only thing I can say is this.  In POTS Syndrome the blood pools below the waist and heart works harder to pump it.  With a celiac block, initially blood with engorge around the intestinal area for a while so maybe the POTS will worsen initially but over time other sympathetic nerves pick up the slack and things get better?  I am not sure
