i keep thinking people have problems from the covid vaccines. i got 4 of them. last onee was a year ago will i get sick and maybe die from it. i have been ok should i not worry? it should be out of my system by now?

i had 3 ekg they all came back with rsr pattern v1. v2 my internist referred me to a cardiologist did another ekg same with rsr v1 v2 he said is of non clinical significance. should i ask for an echo?no symptoms btw?

Orthostasis: The symptoms you describes sounds like you may be having low blood pressure when you are standing, the causes may be many, most commonly certain blood pressure medications can do it, diabetics can develop autonomic dysfunction, certain cardiac conditions, etc, talk to your pcp immediately so that they can find out the cause.

Very complex.: Hormones, emotions, communication, all paly into enjoyment of sex.  You need to discuss this with your doctor.  Certain meds, ie prozax and other ssris do this: make climax difficult to achieve.  If you have emotional distance, it will be harder.  Then you may need to talk to a psychologist.  Sex is quite complicated, and has become, more so.

is it normal for a child to sit in the w position till age 8?

Some do: It is a position used by some and only possible when their hip socket allows it. I try to discourage it after age 4 as it promotes the interning of the feet from the hip socket, That in-toeing can be cancelled out by having them sit cross-legged.

Systemic.: This would refer to an acute illness someplace in the body that produces symptoms that reach head to toe.  An example could be acute sinusitis, a bacterial infection of the sinuses that can cause fever, chills, sweats, generalized achiness, generalized weakness.
