Wpw: Heart has upper (atrium) & lower (ventricle)  chamber. The electricity goes from atrium  to vetricle thru' a "cable " if you will. In WPW there is an extra cable that send electricity a bit faster, so your ventricle may beat faster. Is like driving thru' a  highway loop to by pass the slower traffic that goes thru' the city. Most WPW don't have symptoms, but is better if you see md for evaluation.

See below: Wolf–hirschhorn syndrome (whs), also known as chromosome deletion dillan 4p syndrome, pitt-rogers-danks syndrome (prds) or pitt syndrome.
The most common characteristics include a distinct craniofacial phenotype (microcephaly, micrognathia, short philtrum, prominent glabella, ocular hypertelorism, dysplastic ears and periauricular tags), growth and mental retardation, muscle hypotonia, & seizures.

Varies.: There are very few "syndromes" with only one appearance, or have a unique characteristic that immediately allows diagnosis at a glance in all cases. No: I assume you are talking about bulimia nervosa, which is a disorder that includes distorted body image. I am not aware of any evidence that wolves are either 1. Excessively concerned about body image, or 2. Ancestors to humans. I believe they are ancestors to the dogs, not humans.

Transmission of: rabies from wolves to humans is not common. Although a wolf could become infected by rabies - it does not serve as a reservoir. There are few attacks by rabid wolves in North America.There are still a limited number of cases reported in the Middle East.

Why??: Not sure what you mean by wolf fangs but I assume you mean you want your Canine teeth (cuspids) longer and pointy. 
This can be done with crowns or perhaps just filing them down. Or you could ask for an appliance that goes over your teeth to give you that appearance.  I bet if you talk to a few dentists and are willing to pay...you'll find one to fulfil your wishes...once you understand it all

Usually not: There may be some pain, edema &amp; itching from Wolf Spider Bites. Although it was previously thought that Wolf spider bites could cause necrosis - more recent study suggests otherwise. Always make sure that tetanus shot is up to date.
