i am on day 6 of  25mg zoloft (sertraline). i feel very agitated and almost angry. i feel like i am in a dream. is this all normal with starting this medication?

Go talk to your: general practioner doctor or psychiatrist whoever prescribed this and discuss the side effects. Its very hard to determine if this is normal side effect that will wear off or if they need to try something else with you. Good luck.

Ear check first: I would get your ears checked first, assuring no problems there, you may have some underlying anxiety problem and a psychiatrist could help you about your noise issue and the anger you get, etc.  Best wishes.

PMS: You could have pms, which includes these sorts of symptoms just before your menstrual period.  It usually improves once the period starts.  Can include physical symptoms like bloating, breast tenderness, tiredness, backache, etc.  You can help yourself a lot with healthy diet, calcium/magnesium, etc  www.Womenshealth.Gov/publications/our-publications/fact-sheet/premenstrual-syndrome.Cfm.

would a person that was always agitated / angry change after taking abilify (aripiprazole)? possible schizophrenia / first time psychosis

Depends: The answer depends on the underlying cause of these symptoms.  Abilify (aripiprazole) would tend to decrease agitation and anger and it is one of the treatments of choice for psychosis.

second week on 40mg celexa, (citalopram) and i feel my ocd and depression has gotten worse from 20mg. feel very, very low. agitated. angry. any advice? can't cry.

Doctor: Contact the doctor that is prescribing this for you and inform him/her of your reaction to an increased dose.  S/he may adjust it or change the medication.

Stressed?: There are many other options to discuss with your doctor, such as Trileptal for moods &amp; anxiety, or Lithium to supplement the antidepressant.

It is possible: It is certainly possible.  Some people do have this type of reaction to antidepressants and you should let your doctor know right away.  It is possible you have a diagnosis besides unipolar depression and your doctor may elect to change to type of medication used.
