Workup: It may not be possible for you to be a father. If this is something you want, get with a urologist or fertility specialist, but i must warn you that the outcome may not be what you want. There's little correlation between fertility and virility -- sexual power, and even less with the ability to make a woman and yourself happy in many ways. It may be your calling to care for kids whose dad's can't.

See your doctor.: This is a situation where it would really make sense to see your physician for an evaluation.  Questions to answer before you go;  have you had any significant weight gain or loss, any change in your menstrual period, any change in your diet, are you sleeping well.  Could be many things but best figured out with complete history and exam.

Complicated: He is off the top of the chart for both height and weight, but a single data point is meaningless. If he has always been at or above the top of the chart, he is probably fine.
