Concern: Those symptoms could be signs of infection or other gyn conditions, like ovarian disease and endometriosis. I suggest you see a gynecologist.

the urination pain started last week and it initially this was the only issue i had. i took cranberry juice and pyridium for 3days and stopped and there after the urination pain and burning have stopped however my scrotum is in discomfort now.

Prostatitis or Uti: Dear Patient it sounds like you may have prostatitis , this can be from a bacteria and it can be gonnococcal or non gonococcal. You would require a course of  antibiotics from your GP . THEY MAY ALSO WANT TO test your urine dipstick to eliminate urine infection as a cause .

Gleet: When you talk to girls you are sexually excited. It causes the glands in the urethra (urinary pipe) to produce slimy juice called gleet. It is absolutely natural and normal to have this. I will be worried if this did not happen. The pain in the penis is not due to this liquid, but due to sexual excitation, once again is normal.Zk.

?urine issues: The urine comes out of your bladder which is not connected to the Stomach, so urine would not go back into your "stomach."  However you may be experiencing some "supra-pubic (bladder area)" pain that could be related to an infection or other medical issue.  Best to see the Dr. and get a n evaluation with some routine testing, so the proper diagnosis and best treatment can occur.Best wishes.

Several: Commonly there is some irritation to the urethra from having the urinary catheter in place.  Sometimes, the discomfort is from a bladder infection.  I would recommend being evaluated to be sure it isn't an infection.

Painful menses: You really need to go in and make an appointment with your gynecologist. Painful menses and  cramping throughout the month could be a sign of endometriosis or possibly infection.

Itching to see MD?: Your vaginal itching, unless caused by a soap or contact chemical should be evaluated for a vaginal infection and Rx by a MD. A yeast caused vulvo- vaginitis is the most likely culprit.
