?urine issues: The urine comes out of your bladder which is not connected to the Stomach, so urine would not go back into your "stomach." However you may be experiencing some "supra-pubic (bladder area)" pain that could be related to an infection or other medical issue. Best to see the Dr. and get a n evaluation with some routine testing, so the proper diagnosis and best treatment can occur.Best wishes.
