: A CBC looks at different areas not associated with the prostate. A normal one can be present in normal health and is possible with prostate cancer. Blood in the urine can come from many things including a kidney stone. He needs to follow-up with his doc. His PSA is not excessively high and many normal men have even higher PSA tests.
