Pain med side effect: You are probably on pain medicines and the bowel peristalsis is slower. If senna is not helping, there are other medications that have been good for this short of enema, although enema would help if obstipated. Ask your doctor for other meds like dulcolax, polyethylene glycol, lactulose. Only your md can make the best decision after evaluation. Good luck.

i had a tubal 11yrs ago and an ablation @5yrs ago.  i didn't have a period for 3yrs but then started very lightly for last few years.  i was always 26-28day cycle almost exactly.  now i haven't had my period since thanksgiving so i am more than a week lat

Moving toward: menopause, I suspect.  Of course, after an ablation the pattern of bleeding is a little bit more difficult to interpret.  Having cyclic bleeding for the last few years suggests you were menstruating. Given your history, it is highly unlikely you are pregnant. You may be starting to experience irregular menses related to menopause, average age 51. OK to watch for 2-3 weeks; if ?'s, contact  Doc.

Could be serious: I always worry about an abdominal aortic aneurysm when someone has this dramatic symptoms and feels something is just not right. You may want to consider seeking medical attention urgently.

Mgt: This sounds like gastric pain. I would recommend a visit to your PCP. In the meantime, an over the counter antacid may provide some relief until you can be seen. 
If there is any bleeding, vomiting or fever, I would suggest seeing the ED.

See physician: While intestinal contractions and movement my feel similar, your concerns need to be addressed.  A very high level of the hormone HCG can result in a negative pregnancy test, but this is unusual in a normal pregnancy.  In addition, movement in pregnancy is generally notices in the 5th month.  See your physician for an exam to answer your concerns

Bowel function: The only thing that can move in your belly (other than a fetus) is your intestines as they move nutrients through your bowel.  Movement in the intestines is normal.  If it's more than usual, painful, or associated with other symptoms, see your doctor.

Light-colored stool: Bile &amp; your gut's bacterial flora account in large part for color &amp; volume of stool. Absence of bile results in pale (acholic) stool. Lots of other things also affect stool appearance: ingested foods, medications (peptobismol, antacids), swallowed blood or bleeding from gut, infection/antibiotics, inflammation, maldigestion, &amp; the amount of mucus mixed with stool, as well as transit time of food.

If : If you are all worried about about pregnancy then please be seen immediately or have a pregnancy test.  It is very unlikely to get pregnant on Depo-Provera but it can happen.  If you develop pain or vomiting then please be seen as an emergency.
