Leg pain: It could be that you are suffering from the condition known as"shin plints"medically known as "comparmental syndrome".In order to verify it the comparment pressures need to be taken.Olso you may suffer from tendinitis, stress fractues or muscle strain.Best thing is rest with icing and streching, if no better see sports train person.

Nerve or Vascular: Question is whether this is chronic or just an incident.  The description of "sharp" pain while laying down may be related to position and the result of a nerve compression.  However, another considering is that this could be vascular related the result of a clot and/or restriction of blood flow.  Talk to your primary care physician either way, but if chronic, consider urgent care/er.

Possible: It's is possible if you are continuing to aggravate it with other exercises that you may be doing. However, discussing with a musculoskeletal physician is still important after two months of pain.

Sciatic nerve: The sciatic nerve comes out of an area of the pelvic floor muscles.  If you are contracting these muscles or if they are inflamed / irritated the sciatic nerve can be irritated.  Stretching and chiropractic would be helpful.  Also, there are Physical Therapists specifically trained to improve pelvic floor tone.

Possible hip issue: If the pain is in the front of the leg, it may be a hip issue. On the back of the leg, it is likely a lower back issue. Tendinitis and bursitis are also possible. Have it evaluated.

Side pain: By side pain, i assume you mean flank pain. You should be evaluated by a physician as it could be from chest process like pneumonia to kidney stones... No way of knowing on here without proper history and physical by a qualified physician.

Possible blood clot: It could be a pulled muscle, but if it is in the back of your calf, you should get an ultrasound done to rule out a blood clot, especially if you are on birth control (if female) or smoke or sit stationary or lie down a lot.
