Neck Pain: Neck pain after a lifting injury can have quite a long healing process, especially if the injury entailed nerve, ligament, or muscle injury.  The injury reported is from heavy shrugs which is usually a stretch type injury.  Without the cmri results and a detailed history with current activity level, it is very hard to comment on your situation.  I would recommend seeing an orthopedic specialist.

That you know of: but I would follow up with the doctor to see what this might be related to.  Or if the reading is accurate.  There is a difference on radiology readings between the words "possible" "probable" etc, you get the idea.

Unexplained symptoms: It must be difficult, having thoughts that you have been poisoned, had arterial injuries or a head injury as well as losing focus &amp; experiencing depressed mood.. It sounds like you are puzzled. Have you considered seeing a psychologist  or psychiatrist to try to make sense of it?   A comprehensive evaluation may shed light on your condition. Take care.

when you have a head cold, how can i drain my nose?

Decongestants, Steam: It is usually your sinuses, as well as your nasal passages,  that need to be drained. With a cold, the opening or passage for the sinuses to drain can swell shut.  You first have to shrink down the lining mucosa so all can drain.  Decongestants help, as well as "steaming" your sinuses.

Sounds like: It could bee your sinuses. Do you have any allergies?--see your pcp if it continues.

Nasal drainage: Such nasal drainage could be vasomotor rhinitis, allergic rhinitis or of sinus origin. Since this is a chronic, persistent problem for you, I recommend an evaluation by an otolaryngologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Infection ?: These types of problems need to be physically evaluated. Please call your dentist and PCP for appointments. Guessing at what might ail you will not solve the problem.
