Called the ancestral diet, this diet is non-inflammatory and is being shown to be healthy. Although it is tricky to manage our children's diets, there is now a book that may be of help called paleo pals.

See your doctor: Lung abscess is very rare in children. Have your doctor check your child out for aspiration, swallowing properly, and possible foreign body.

If it is as a prescribed control substance for the treatment of pain, such as morphine, your docotr will take care to deal with side effects, ie sedation or constipation. If the person is addicted to, say heroin or synthetic opiods like oxycontin, then the problems of tolerance and drug dependence then the person might need detox and sometimes maintenance with ie naltrexone or other.

Progressive: Osteopenia is a slight decrease in bone mass. This can progress to osteoporosis if not prevented early. Osteoporosis is significant bone mass decrease and is associated with an increase in fracture risk, such as the spine or the hip. Preventive measures should be embraced, such as adequate calcium and vitamin E intake, weight bearing exercise, and hormone therapy such as estrogen and testosteron.

Bronchiectasis: Bronchiectasis shares many clinical features with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd), including inflamed and easily collapsible airways, obstruction to airflow, and frequent office visits and hospitalizations. The diagnosis is usually established clinically on the basis of chronic daily cough with viscid sputum production, and radiographically. See a pulmonologist asap.

I agree...: ...You worry too much. Chemical irritants are, for the most part...Irritating...But do not affect your overall health significantly. Avoid the irritants you can avoid, tolerate the ones you can't.

Get treatment: Brucellosis is a bacterial infection and can be treated with antibiotics.  Do not try to treat it with exercise or other "natural" methods.  Antibiotics are effective.

Improve dysthymia: You might look at seligman's book learned optimism, to identify ways of changing your thinking that would improve your baseline moods. A psychotherapist can also help you with that. Psychologists, social workers, masters' level nurses, licensed professional counselors and pastoral counselors do this as well as psychiatrists.
