: What for? If you have a cold, take acetaminophen for pain and fever, no more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol.
You should not take Celestimine, unless prescribed by a doctor.

Immunity: Please wash hands often and do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.  Vitamin C can boost immunity but only lasts 12 hours in the body so people need to take it at least 2 X daily, more if ill but ask your doctor.  Also ask doc about your Vitamin D level.  Experts suggest between 50 to 80 to be optimal.  Peace and good health

Possibly: A small percentage develop a mild flu like illness after receiving the vaccination. Headaches may be part of that and should resolve over or 3 days. If the headaches persdist, see your doctor.

If Fever Continues: Flu can give a high fever for the first week (full 7dd) of illness but often improves by week #2 or sooner.  If still w. A high fever >=101 tomorrow then you definitely should be seen.  Flu can lower your immune system and most common complication is pnuemonia or possibly other secondary infections which may need an entirely different treatment than just for flu alone.

Nasal Mucous: Advil or other anti-inflammatories will most likely do nothing to decrease the nasal mucous you are producing when you are ill. The most common and effective approach is with the prescription steroid nasal sprays such as flonase.

Try Extra Strength: Tylenol- 2 caplets every 6-8 hrs  PLUS BioFreeze Liniment ( OTC)- if severe and unrelieved proceed to urgent care clinic.

Doctor can check: If it's Flu A or Flu B, a doctor might use Tamiflu. If it's a cold virus, there are no useful antivirals. Some people take extra vitamin C (may upset the stomach) and some take extra zinc (most lozenges have lots of sugar) but how much these things help is uncertain. Avoiding overexertion is wise. Anti-inflammatories like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin can help symptoms. Doctor can check lungs.

Yes: Advil (ibuprofen) cold & sinus contains only Ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine.  There is no cough suppressant.  
Alka seltzer cold & flu night contains more ingredients including dm (dextramethorphan) a cough suppressant, doxyalmine (antihistamine that may help cough), acetaminophen, and phenylephrine a mild decongestant.
