Why bother?: In this country you are in no danger of developing a goiter eating sauerkraut. Soy only interferes with thyroxine absorption and does not cause goiter.

Ineffective oxidatio: Alcohol is the result of yeast action and actually take place with yeast infection of the bowel. Lactic acid formation is a product of inefficient oxidation that is the normal way that our cells synthesize their energy.

Strep and staph: are different microbes. The Strep Epi is ubiquitous and often a contaminant of cultures. No sure I understand the mannitol part of the question. Hope this helps.

Wisdom teeth: That is a decision to be made by your General Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon. Generally, wisdom teeth are removed if they are involved in a pathologic situation such as damage to the surrounding hard or soft tissues, bite problem, decayed/broken/infected tooth, etc. Sometimes when 1 tooth is removed the opposing tooth over-erupts creating bite problems. Talk this over with your surgeon.
