Probably not: With diagnoses like Marfans and hypothyroid, you need an excellent doctor.  If you are truly gaining height at this age it is VERY unusual.  One condition causing this is pituitary secretion of growth hormone, but rarely growth hormone may be produced elsewhere.  See a specialist in Endocrine disorders, possibly at a University/ Med School ASAP. Be well!

Acromegaly.: Even with closed growth plates, slow growth of bone is possible with the massive "overdose" of growth hormone that the pituitary produces in acromegaly.

It depends on growth: It is important to see a knee sports specialist. The answer depends on her potential growth that remains. Studies have shown that a 14yo girl who is 2 years in her cycle have a negligible risk of growth disturbance.  In this senario, i like to get a left hand xray and determine skeletal age. This may be different from age. Along with looking at the knee xray, graft choice can then be made.

Growth hormone: Simply replacing it with gh (now manufactured by recombinant dna technology similar to insulin). There is however mild degrees of ghd (appropriately named gh insufficiency) that may not need replacement therapy if no  metabolic detangements are  captured, such has decreased bone density, dyslipidemia, increased central adiposity etc.

O: More likely a sign of a problem, rather than causing it , certainly not really helping supporting optimal age appropriate behavior. might be worth an eval with a counselor to look into whether thing worth exploring

Doesn't actually...: Height growth due to increased growth hormone does not happen in adults because their growth plates in their long bones have fused. That means any perceived increase in height would not be related to any presumed or actual pituitary tumor in an adult over age 25 or so.
