UTI's: Although Adderall is not necessarily bad for your kidneys, it is node to sometimes increase the frequency of urinary tract infections. If you are having symptoms of a possible UTI while on Adderall, you need to get your urine checked. Good luck.

Your : Your right flank pain does not fit in with the side effect profile of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) (see link to website below).  You should see your doctor to discuss your pain - i don't want you to just assume it's the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) when it could be something more serious such as a kidney stone.

Not usually: Numbness and skin crawling sensations are not likely to be caused by Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and aren't listed as a side effect. But that doesn't mean this side effect is impossible. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) can increase anxiety in some patients which could result in abnormal skin sensations.  More often than not, "skin crawling" sensation is anxiety/stress related. The same for the numbness in abdomen and back. Call your Dr.

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Adderall is a medication that is fda approved for the treatment of adhd. It is a stimulant, like ritalin (methylphenidate). It increases Dopamine in the brain. It seems to stimulate the gating mechisms in the midbrain to be more selective and that helps patients be more attentive. It comes it 4 hour pills and once a day extended release capsules. There is a related medicine called vyvnase w a new all day delivery.

Yes: If you take Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) as prescribed, you should never be able to build a tolerance.  Every morning, the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) from the previous day has had enough time to completely exit your system.  However, if you were to take it too frequently, you would start developing a tolerance to it.
