Too drastic changes usually do not last long with pts because they expect too much, pt get disappointed very quickly, and discontinue the diet very soon.

Doubtful : When people's sleep cycle is off, melatonin my mouth can help it adjust back to normal. staying out of bright light is also helpful. Your dose is very low. Some people require 10 to 15 mg. It has no toxic effects and does not interact with any other medications. Reduce your dose to zero once your sleep cycle is back to normal.

It is a stimulant: Adipex-P (phentermine) is a stimulant similar to an amphetamine. Phentermine is an appetite suppressant that affects the central nervous system.

Caffeine is a stimulant also but not in this medication.

See below: Bacteria have been on earth for hundreds of millions of years.  Over this time they have developed adaptive abilities to survive in hostile and toxic environments. They have developed numerous mechanisms to resist the toxins to which they are exposed such as our antibiotics.  Because of this, given time and antibiotic exposure bacteria will develop resistance. "bad bugs no drugs" is a big problem.

Sorry I don't : Understand your question, but if i guess to what your question is asking - the answer is it varies.  Example -- converting from drinking coke to drinking diet coke.   Some people can drink them interchangeably with no problems; for others it takes sone time to adapt; some just don't adapt; others once they get used to diet coke can't drink the original.  No set time table.  Hope this helps.

Finally, writing to the pharmaceutical company for compassionate use works.
