Ok: usually pantiliners cause no problem really a person is allergic to them or gets candida vaginitis with them

Should be fine: Worn correctly, you should be fine.  Some cases of inflammation of the epididymis have been linked to tight shorts, but often the rubbing motion and friction of riding a bike with the shorts is the real culprit.  That being said, if worn correctly and you are not constantly irritating your testicles in any way, you should be fine.

Apeedo underwear: Long term use would cause genitals to be exposed to higher temperature and should be avoided

If useful: We generally restrict contacts to those over age 12 or so as the wearer should be able to handle the lenses.  For those older, it is sensible if you have the need for them and can handle them (following directions properly).  They can be cosmetically and visually helpful and in more extreme cases of myopia, can actually make the vision better than glasses.

Different material: Not all contacts are alike.  With daily disposables you are using a fresh lens every day--so less time for protein buildup and some people see better.  Certain materials may be more comfortable in your eye than others--each brand is different, and comfort affects quality of vision.  Aspheric lens may also provide a better quality of vision.

No: They tend to fall apart in your eye if you do, and picking out all the little pieces of contacts is somewhat difficult for the doctor and not fun for you.

No visual change: Your eyesight will not change. However, you might experience some fatigue if you force yourself for a full day to see things that you are able to see only with your glasses .

If needed: panty liners could be used daily. Disposable would be a lot easier to deal with. Fragrance free is a better option for some women.
