See your doctor: post-acute withdrawal symptoms can last for several months, but should be getting better rather than worse. Often people who drink are 'covering up' other psychological and psychiatric problems, and in the absence of alcohol these can then express themselves - anxiety, depression, PTSD and others.  Your doctor can refer you to a psychiatrist to discuss. Also need regular exercise, good nutrition.

In the US, people who are alcohol poisoned are intubated and put on a ventilator , until the alcohol levels come down. Dialysis is widely used in Russia to rapidly reduce blood alcohol.

Dialysis: If you have access to a hemodialysis machine and some helpful friends who know how to use it. Beyond this, forget it. We all make mistakes. All young people explore and try doing goofy things -- it's part of growing up. Do not operate a motor vehicle while you're drunk, and make sure you have a sober friend to look out for you. Be safe.

TOO DRUNK CAUSE POIS: Alcohol poisoning is caused by being too drunk, too drunk may be a stage and may lead to poisoning as alcohol which is still in stomach gets absorped in the blood stream.There may be a thin line separating too drunk to poisoned.

Acute : This is much more likely to be acute.  Hypertriglyceridemia and gallstones can cause pancreatitis in people who don't drink alcohol.

Chest pain: If you're getting chest discomfort after drinking alcohol, that's likely your body telling you to find something else to drink. You may be getting gastric or esophageal irritation. Not sure what your shock sensation could be without more description.
