Liver 2 -  decreases liver heat rising (marked irritability) improves cold hands/feet (poor qi flow to extremities. Liver 3 – tonifies Yin, helps with premenstrual syndrome, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, genital swelling, anger, anxiety, insomnia etc.

Also do tai chi, chi gong or yoga (especially hot yoga).
