Tooth products: ACT fluoride mouthwash also come in an alcohol free version. It strengthens the teeth via an infusion of fluoride ions, but it does not necessarily remineralize the enamel. For that you will need a different product such as a remineralizing toothpaste.

No, No, No and No: The amounts of HIV virus typically present in bodily fluids do not survive outside the body for more than a few minutes. Transmission of disease does not occur if there is no contact with open wound/blood/mucous membranes (eye, mouth, etc). Hope this helps.

Yes: Your priorities for a healthy mouth are brushing with a flouride toothpaste, flossing daily and seeing your dentist.  Using a mouth wash with flouride is great but not necessary.
Most mouthwashes are made to freshen your breath for a short period of time.
Pick one with flouride so it does two things instead of one.

Bacteria: A clean mouth is always good for you.  Mouthwash can help kill that bacterial plaque that we miss when we brush or floss incorrectly.

Some suggestions: It's more important to brush and floss regularly and properly after meals than which toothpaste or mouthwash you use.  The fanciest and most expensive hand soap does nothing without proper scrubbing.  Use any ada accepted Fluoride toothpaste and both listerine and crest prohealth are my two personal favorite rinses.  Use ones that you like and help you stay on track.

Yes: Salt water in a natural antiseptic  and decreases inflation in open wounds.  Short term use only especially if you have blood pressure issues and also because the rinse is slightly acidic and can etch enamel with long term use

Mouthwash: Scope like many mouthwashes may have alcohol as a component some up to 23 %.  There are mouthwashes available with out alcohol such as biotene , or ones that say they are alcohol free.

Yes: Most mouthwashes contain alcohol.  Some contain more than others.  Alcohol has a slight disinfectant ability but it is there as a solvent.  Scope will contain alcohol unless noted as alcohol free.  There are several mouthwashes that do not contain alcohol, like crest prohealth.
