No: Be sure you stay well hydrated when you exercise with pure water or fresh vegetables and fresh fruits. They have pure water and  electrolytes which are good for the kidneys.

: It sounds like in spite of trying to follow medical recommendations your symptoms have not improved and that is frustrating. A thorough review of your medical records along with a physical exam and detailed review of your symptoms will be needed and an in person visit will be needed with a local physician of your choice as any other virtual visit will be suboptimal for the complexity of your case.

Probably: You will have less bulging if keeping your hips straight rather than bent.  Pushups will give you the least trouble and bench-pressing is better than free-weight lifting.  In general, if your activity doesn't cause bulging, it is ok.  You can still get a sudden bulge and strangulation of the hernia at any time, especially if the hernia is bulging at rest.

Yes In Moderation: Moderate cardiovascular exercise is good.  But as with anything, extremes can be problematic.  Performing too much or too strenuous dancing can cause joint and muscle problems.  But again, exercise in general is a good thing for everyone.

Yes: You can exercise when sick, but you should really decrease the intensity. This will allow your body to get better faster and will help you return to your regular exercise program.
