Infected gland: Probably one of the little glands has gotten infected and produced a little abscess. Put some warm compresses on it. If you get a fever, or the pain gets severe, or is starts spreading, a physician office visit is in order.

Yes, it happens.: It is not unusual to get an infected hair follicle on the shaft of the penis that will resemble an acne pimple that resolves with warm compresses in a few days.   If multiple lesions or cluster of lesions, I recommend an examination to rule out herpes, HPV, molluscum or other lesion.

Scar: Especially if it feels solid, this is probably scarring from a previous infection in one of the little sebaceous glands. If it is stable, i'd ignore it.  In the eye, these are known has chalazions, or "hailstones". Thanks for your question.

Pimples are acne: Herpes is distinctively painful; if you have acne elsewhere you'll know the difference. Herpes won't produce the unmistakable white / creamy pus from an acne lesion. Most teenaged guys get at least some acne on their shaft at some stage. Even though what you describe is probably not herpes, i hope you'll still choose to love safely and responsibly.

You're fine: You've got sebaceous glands there just like on your face. Some guys get acne there. The discomfort of applying benzoyl peroxide may not be worth it -- it's your choice.

Maybe: But it might hurt. And are you certain that is what the condition is on your penis? Sounds like you should visit your doc and have it checked out. If it is an STD and the condom breaks not only could you risk pregnancy but also disease transmission .

Likely ingrown hair: Most likely it is an ingrown hair possibly getting infected.  You can apply a topical abx like neosporin.  If not improving get it checked out by your doctor.  Does not sound like an STD though.

Fordyce Spots: are one POSSIBILITY. These are small cysts and are common.  There are medical treatments for them and a natural approach is to lower the amount of oil in the diet.  Please see you doc.  Peace and good health.

Excision: If you do have sebaceous cyst(s), these need to be excised, i.e. removed surgically. Topical treatment will not remove those. Please consult your doctor for an evaluation.

had two pimples on penis with whiteheads. one had a hair coming out of it and the other one has healed but there's a small hole right where it used to be which looks a hair will grow out of it soon. pimples were painless and didn't itch. herpes?

Unlikely: It is unlikely that your pimples on your penis were herpes if they weren't painful. To know for sure you should have herpes antibody testing or, better yet,have herpes cultures done if they recur. The antibodies will only tell you if you have had the herpes virus but not where the infection is. Hope this helps.
