The oral contraceptive pill, if you can take it, may help, or an oral antibiotic as appropriate (tetracycline, erythromycin) may be required; a topical agent such as benzoyl peroxide is also helpful. The acne, or sweating itself, or some other cause may account for the itching.

I do wonder if the reaction you have are really pimples or if they are allergic reaction to new laundry products, fabric softener, or soaps. Treatment involves watchful waiting while using cosmetic cover-ups, laser, &amp; more. Pimples sound unrelated; visual exam is needed. See your doctor.

Topical benzyl peroxide is still your best friend; retinoic acid, Clindamycin and spironolactone are also helpful topicals. The oral contraceptive pill may clear a woman's acne. A systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline may clear you in conjunction with benzoyl peroxide. If offered isotretinoin, consider it.

Treatable: I'm sorry you ended up with acne on your chest that produced scarring. Your disease could have been managed. It's your decision what to do now. A dermatologist can treat you with fillers, dermabrasion, microsurgery or a laser. Especially if the scars are relatively mild, most women will not care or they may think the scars give your chest character. If you still have acne, your doctor can clear it.
