Unlikely: Acne is not a contagious disease. It is not spread person to person like the flu or measles. If you are in the age group where acne is common you get it from the changes in your own body, not someone else.

Not ovulating: If you are on Yaz birth control and taking it correctly then you are not ovulating. Yaz can offer some improvement in acne but it should not be considered a primary treatment for acne. If you main concern is acne improvement then consider seeing a dermatologist for acne medication. There are many effective options that can work with birth control pills to improve your complexion

Acne or shingles: It could be acne, or hypersensitivity dermatitis (a skin reaction to something). It could also be shingles if it's all on one side. Shingles is usually very painful and if you see your doctor within 3 days of it starting, you can take medication to decrease the symptoms.

Perioral Dermatitis: Perioral dermatitis is a facial rash that causes bumps to develop around the mouth. 
The condition is most commonly seen in young women (90% of cases), but it can affect men as well.
Treatment is with prescription oral antibiotics like Solodyn (minocycline) or Doryx and topicals like Ziana or Epiduo.

Yes!: yes, clomid (clomiphene) makes you super hormonal.  think about the normal cycle changes and double it.  But, since it is just a temporary drug to get pregnant... may be worth it!

Multiple treatments: Try over the counter topical treatments such as benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid.  If this fails you will need a doctor to prescribe a topical prescription strength treatment such as clindamycin, retin a, (tretinoin) etc with or without an oral antibiotic.
