Isotretinoin: Better late than never. Cystic acne won't be cleared by antibiotics. It's not for the faint-hearted but it's probably  what you need. The internet is full of scare stories but the fast majority of folks with cystic acne are glad after they've done it.

Scars: These are old acne scars. You can address them with a plastic surgeon or dermatologist now that your acne is under control and can be expected to remain so for at least several months -- and if you&#x27;re lucky, forever.

sun damage but especially the brown spots. Chiemical peels can work too depending on the damage as well as on some acne scars.  Other acne scars may need lasers or certain type of in office surgical intervention.

Clobetasol Cream: No. Not only is clobetasol cream  not an anti-acne cream, but it's way too strong to be used on the face, even when being used for the indicated conditions of eczema and psoriasis. Common topical medications used on the face are epiduo, or ziana, or acanya or retin a (tretinoin) which are all prescription.

: To be prescribed an antibiotic like lymecycline.408 mgs(equivalent to 500 mgs of tetracycline in action) and epiduo gel you must have significant acne. It is not unusual for such patients to take the antibiotic for 6-8 weeks. You could opt for a lower dose but your prescribed treatment appears reasonable to me.
