: If you are under stress with acute sickness, leukocytosis may be present but usually the total WBC is less than 12K.

As the ketones build up, patients may have a fruity odor on the breath, get abdominal pain & vomit. Because they're already urinating a lot, dehydration can get bad. Some may breathe fast, get headaches, have altered consciousness. Without proper treatment, death imminent.

Dka: Diabetic ketoacidosis is a condition whereby glucose which is used by cells for energy is not made available to the cells due to a lack of insulin. The lack of Insulin causes a dramatic rise in blood sugar triggering a host of meatbolic derangemants including dehydration as well as the production of ketones which are toxic as it raises the bodies acid level and will affect potassium levels.

Yes & normal: Normal neutrophil count is about 1500-8000.  Being that you are on antibiotic suggests that you have an infection, and a for a person with bacterial infection, the count of 11000 or so is a normal response.

Nothing by itself : Absolute counts are all that matter. If neutrophil and lymphocyte absolute counts are near-normal, and all are well-formed, you're good to go.

No relation: Neutrophils are the white cells that fight bacterial infection, and the number go up wih an infection. If you have mvp and a chronic fever, one could speculate about endocarditis - an infection on the heart valve, but otherwise there is probably no connection.
