i have a dull ache in my left shoulder blade but when i take a deep breath or move a certain way it becomes severe. only started this morning?

Could be serious: Any pain in the chest region that gets worse with deep breathing is suspicious for a blood clot.  You are young and female, so if you are on OCPs or have traveled recently in a sitting position, you should be checked for that, promptly.  However, movement associated pain usually means muscular injury, so for example a recent unusual or prolonged activity using your left arm could have set it off.

yesterday i had a really sore back only on my left upper side it didn't hurt to breath only when i moved a certain way today it still hurts ?

?lumbar strain: Not sure if you are describing low back or middle back, but most likely you have strained muscles due to physical activity.  At your age should respond to tylenol (acetaminophen) and resolve over 2-3 days, but persistence beyond that point should be addressed by your doctor.

Rib dysfunction?: Sounds like the common presentation for a rib dysfunction, ie the rib gets 'stuck'. This problem often presents with pain (often sharp or severely achy &amp; worse with deep inhalation or exhalation.) it's easily treatable by osteopathic manipulation, if it is the cause. A proper history &amp; osteopathic hands-on exam might be able to determine the exact cause.Manipulation may fix it.

i am having pain in the right flank area of my back it has been a dull ache for months lately it hurts even more when i take a deep breath or move differently i do urinate frequently thru the day and evening not painful though even hurts when i sneeze it

Many possibilities: See your family doctor so he or she can rule out serious problems from a kidney stone to an infection or perhaps a musculo-skeletal issue. It can even be from the lining of your lungs.  Lastly it could even be something pressing on  your urinary system.
I wouldn't wait to deal with this.

Ambulance to the ER: Heart pain, chest tightness, chest pain, and shortness of breath can be due to minor problems or to very serious ones. An emergency room doctor can check to see what might be going on. Necessary tests and chest xrays may be done. Possible causes include a heart angina, partial pneumothorax (collapsed lung), asthma, reflux, heart arrhythmias, etc... One should not wait around with such symptoms.

?nerve pain: This sounds like an area of irritability in a nerve or muscle of your rib cage. If a nerve in the rib cage gets pinched with a deep breath, a sharp, shooting pain often occurs. This would be a localized pain though. See your md if symptoms continue.

Costochondritis: This could be costochondritis which is an inflammation of the bones that connect your ribs to your breastbone.  Possible musculoskeletal pain if he has been weight training.  He still should have this evaluated by his Primary Care Provider especially if he is having trouble breathing.
