Not sure: these complaints could be from any number of issues ranging from problems in your neck to your shoulder elbow or wrist if they persist you should seek evaluation with someone who can perform a thorough physical examination

Unlikely: Aching shoulder, arm and fingers the day after weight lifting is more likely musculoskeletal than cardiac. The random sharp shooting pains in your fingers may be due to some nerve involvement similar to carpal tunnel syndrome. Cardiac pain would be expected to occur while you were exercising. Spine: Sounds like cervical disc narrowing or inflammation. Use anti-inflammatory and heat. If no improvement talk to your md.

35 year old male. my left arm is substantially sore in the region of the bicep and and triceps just above the elbow and the skin in that area is noticeably warm to the touch. i have been getting tingling sensation in my fingers as well. any thoughts?

: Sounds like biceps and triceps muscle strain probably from putting excessive pressure/ weight on them. Best to remove the cause of strain/pressure and relax them. Some warm water compress massage with application of relaxing cream/ muscle relaxants can help. If symptoms persist see PCP.

Check the neck: Your arm pain could be from the shoulder or referred. Common referred sources include: abdomen, heart and neck. A herniated disk in the neck could be causing your symptoms. Shoulder sources include: arthritis, labral tears, instability, tendinitis, rotator cuff tears, bursitis, painful bony spurs etc.  See an orthopedist.

Go to ER: if its occurring and unrelenting then go to ER FOR EVAL.! but if it comes and goes then a event recorder,echo,and some labs may prove helpful. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and pseudophed cold meds. avoid natural supplements as well as some of theses can cause similar symptoms.See your doctor.
