Maybe not, but...: Symptoms such as nausea (with or without vomiting), some fatigue (feeling less energetic), a sharper/stronger sense of smell, mild soreness/swelling of the breasts, and maybe some food aversions and cravings, can happen with other conditions, not just with pregnancy. However, if the pregnancy test was done less than 2 weeks after possible conception, a woman can repeat the test a week later.

Leg cramps &amp; back: pain are things you need to see your doctor about.  If he/she rules out medical conditions you might consider having your magnesium level checked by the doc.  Low magnesium can cause muscle cramping.  Peace and good health.

Don't know. : You may have used some muscles the day before that weren't used to that level of exertion. You may also have excessive leg movements during sleep. You also could have the beginnings of a viral infection. Finally, make sure you are eating well (plenty of magnesium, calcium & potassium) and drinking enough water. If it persists, see a doctor who can do a more complete evaluation.

Diabetic: Please get rid of that term - you have diabetes and should work to get rid of it. Regarding your pain you should see your doctor. You may be referred to a specialist about your symptoms.

Varies: It varies somewhat, for example, did you run or work out or have another reason for it to be sore?  Possible causes can include irritation of the muscles or tendons in that part if the leg or even a sciatica from the back.  Don't hesitate to be seen for it.

Check pregnancy test: The great thing is that pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy so you can have an answer in minutes and then you wont have to worry about it. Yellow discharge, cramping and leg aches are not symptoms of being pregnant. The yellow discharge needs to be evaluated by your doctor for infection.
