My guess is that: You may have gained some weight and the bra itself may be the cause.  In this way the breasts can get larger. First line treatment for breat pain is the birth control pill but if there are lines in the skin from the bra, may need an adjustment. Good luck.

Check pregnancy test: I do not know what the abbreviation af is. If you are concerned you may be pregnant then check a pregnancy test. They are cheap and reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Possible: If ovulated 2/22 should have next cycle 14days later.  The 13th would be very late and correlate to a 35day (28nl) day cycle.  If that is normal for you, you should be evaluated for anovulation.  Every luteal phase (last 14days) of the cycle should generate those "pregnancy signs" called moliminal symptoms.  Merely represents Progesterone effect and is perfectly normal.  Check a test at cd32.
