Tear: Aanytime there is a bump that is tender in the achillles area consider a partial tear  and you would be at hiogh riskk for acute complete tear. Stop doing any jumping running, or stressing the Achilles and seek medical attention. A littl rest and treatment now will save six months of recovery later.

Heel pain: Could be either retrocalcaneal bursitis or a symptomatic os trigonum. If nsaids orally or topically, ice, stretching, rest & activity modifications are not effective, then see an orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist for further recommendations.

Tendonitis: This may be an inflammation of the tendon. Use an anti-inflammatory medication, do some mild stretching if it doesn't cause pain and limit activity such as running, basketball etc. that could worsen it. This will not cause any permanent problems but can come back.
