Seasonal flu: Is a viral infection. The common symptoms are: fever, muscle ache, headache, dry cough and nasal congestion. The good rest and lots of fluids are sufficient remedies.

Sore throat: For significantly sore throat w swollen tonsils / lymph nodes – see physician ; get a strep throat test ; culture. Antibiotics are imperative for strep throat.  Try saltwater gargles. Mix tsp of salt in 8 oz of warm water – gargle w this several times/day. You can gargle w aloe vera juice a couple of times per day. A mix of chamomile tea w honey ; a small amt of lemon juice helps.

Herbal medcines: Sounds like a viral infection. You could take tylenol (acetaminophen) which may relieve some symptoms but may prolong the infection (by suppressing fever and thus immune response) but i would advise taking umcka, an herbal medicine proven to help with viral respiratory infections: http://data.Schwabenorthamerica.Com/common/artifactdocument/iti-pelargonium-sidoides-extract.Pdf. High doses of vit c may help too.

Covid-19 symptoms ?: Symptoms as described are common with acquired Covid-19 virus, so testing is advised.  If the test is negative, see your primary care physician or go to an "urgent care" facility for assistance.

: No reason why you cannot do light exercise, unless your infection is causing coughing and breathing challenges.  A relatively mild infection, which is typical in your age group should not curtail reasonable activity.
