Depends...: Unless you have a known heart condition, or you are experiencing shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, or other significant diseases this is most likely related to muscular type of pain esp. at your age.If pain worsens with movement, breathing, coughing, etc it is most likely that. You can take anti inflammatory meds( for ex.ibuprofen if not allergic), but if symptoms are severe get evaluated.

Several possibilitie: Sounds like you're worried about infection.. Possible, especially if you have fever.  Swollen red spots it tissue in back of throat could be infection.  Also acid reflux from stomach could produce similar symptoms w/out fever.  If it's the latter expect more frequent symptoms.  There is relatively goo d treatments for this problem--and treatment is good idea to prevent complications,

Flu: Likely have the real flu- you may need tamiflu  .  Take tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin and see your doctor.

Time: This is a very common...Even normal occurance.  It can take several weeks for your voice to return to normal.  Occasionally even speech therapy can be helpful.  If your symptoms are not resolving after a few weeks an ENT doc can be helpful to take a look at your throat.
